I’ve really been digging Mondo’s latest release, the Studio Ghibli Kokyo Kyokushu compilation. It opens with three tracks (or “chapters”) from the Princess Mononoke Symphonic Suite, and upon hearing them scream through my stereo system I realized that a) I haven’t listened to the suite nearly enough since I came to possess it, and b) it’s really, really fucking good.
